So the other night its 830 and I turn off my lights. Its earth hour. The people on TV told me so. I like the idea of everyone in the world attempting together to save energy and work for a greener future.
At the same time, I feel like were all a bunch of tools. We turned off our lights because the people on tv and the internet told us to. And like good homosapiens we do like we are told.
I started thinking somewhere, somehow, there are two genetically altered lab mice doing something nefarious while we are all duped into turning our lights off and stubbing our toes! It seems like something out of that cartoon you know?
"And then we get all the people to turn their lights out for one hour, and while they are busy stubbing their toes we enact phase two!"
"But Brain? how will they find bandages for their toes if its all dark in their houses..."
