Week 2 day 2 run rocked.
It went by super fast. I ran one more fast interval than I did the other night. I probably could have run them all at the fast pace. I'm a little afraid of overdoing it. What if I do too much and it's painful and so I just don't want to do it anymore. I'm finding it difficult to find that balance of pushing it to the limit but not over.
I found some super awesome bright orange running shoes at famous footwear. I can't help but think I need these shoes to keep me motivated. Seriously, I've never loved a pair of running shoes as much as these. At least the way they look. I didn't gave any socks on so I don't know if they're comfy.
