Can we tell what I did last night? LoL
Why is it that The Princess Bride is so re-watchable... most people have seen it countless times, yet we can still sit down and enjoy it again.... crazy--and being able to quote the whole movie, just seems to make it funnier... ;-)
and I didn't know that Christopher Guest was in that movie! ok ok enough already.
anyway, went out with my friend Sara and her fiance last night. they are getting married on August 8th, and since I was gone the past year, I don't know him very well--so trying to avoid the whole --she's my friend, I barely know him-- scenario.
I feel that way with one of my friends who was married last year. he's really nice and I like hanging out with them as a couple, but it just feels somewhat ackward sometimes...
We had a lot of fun last night! we were going to go to church, cause there was going to be a message on homosexuality of all things, and we wanted to catch what the guy had to say-(there have been some interesting disscussions as of late)-but it turned out that that message was supposed to be next week, because this week there was a special musical guest... we snuck out. haha! sometimes I enjoy concerts, but usually it's because it's
1. either background noise (such as live music in a cafe or coffee shop)
or 2. someone I want to see
went to dinner afterwards and then went to the latin-american/hispanic grocery store to pick up some Mate' yum! and then of course, watched the princess bride.
good times.
