Larry Tucker passed away early this morning. The hospice program says that they were ensuring his comfort and that he did not suffer.
No funeral arrangements have been made yet, but the hospice program says that the VA is working on it and they will let us know. I will pass word along whenever I hear more.
I have been going to see him twice a week since he has been in hospice, and I think he was ready to go. He didn't like the nursing home, he didn't like the tubes, and he was just plain tired.
