Snagged from mah braintwin, I'mma try this, even though I don't quite have a firm grasp on the proper concept of headcanon XD
Comment with a character or pairing (RPF is okay, Mad World and AEFAE may contain spoilers) and I will give you three facts from my personal canon about them.

He's 11 when his dad gets remarried, and 12 when his dad's new wife has a baby.
He's 13 when his dad decides he no longer wants him to visit, and 14 when he realizes his dad doesn't want him anymore, period.
The child support stops when he turns 18, and it's the last he or his mom ever hear from his dad.

2. He's always had a thing for younger girls, and his boss's daughter seems to be no exception, the 6 year age difference practically the norm.
She's blonde, and beautiful, and sweet, and kind, and utterly unattainable. She has a boyfriend, and then her dad declares her off limits when she's single again, and Chris has too much respect for the other man to pursue her further.
She's not the one that got away; she's the one he can never have.

3. His grandmother dies not long before he turns 31, and he flies out to Texas to be with his mom and help her with the funeral.
He's been nagging her to move closer to him, because he hates not being able to see her as often as he would like, and now that she no longer has her mother to worry about, she finally agrees.
She moves to Silver Spring, Maryland, a short, roughly half hour drive from D.C., and not long after she's settled, Chris takes her on a vacation to Richmond, Virginia.
Some of the guys at work tease him, calling him a momma's boy, thinking him weird for taking a vacation with his mother, and wanting her to live closer to him.
There's no shame or embarrassment in his voice when he tells them all that he loves his mother, that she raised him all by herself for most of his life, and that if they had any respect for their mothers, they would do the same.
He strides quickly from the breakroom when he's done speaking, smirking satisfactorily at the shame-filled silence left in his wake, and wonders how many mothers will be getting calls from their sons tonight.
