As early morning approached, Lilly' s sleep became restless and full of darker images that she couldn't identify.

She was... somewhere. The surroundings weren't very clear, but she was definitely somewhere and she was fighting with someone. Raised voices and yelling

Claire had been awake already when she heard Lilly's frightened gasp. Concerned, she looked over. "Lilly, are you okay?"

Lilly swallowed and turned to look at Claire.

"Nightmare," she explained. "I'm sorry if I woke you up."

"It's okay. I was already awake," Claire assured.

"I wish I could remember what happened... who did it."

Claire frowned. "I'm sorry. Is there anything I can do?"

Lilly managed a smile. "Got anything for migraines?"

"Actually, I think I do have something," Claire said. She got up and started going through her purse. When she found some pain medication, she handed the bottle to Lilly. "You can keep them. I don't really have much use for them."

"Thanks, Claire... and thanks for letting me move in. I wasn't sure where I was going to fit in when I found myself back."

"Yeah, I imagine it must be weird," Claire said sympathetically. "Of course I'm letting you stay here. I wouldn't have it any other way."

Lilly smiled at her. "And you didn't get all weird about your dead friend being back, so bonus."

"That's because I'm so glad you're back," Claire said.
