[When the feed starts, Jowy's seen chasing after a little girl whose giggles can be heard through from behind the camera. He's laughing by the time he finally catches up with her and the background spins around as he picks her up and spins her.
There's a little bit of a tug of war, and the little girl tries to break free for a moment, seen by the camera showing nothing but the other children playing a little ways off - a view of the orphanage - before Jowy gets it back.
He's laughing and slightly breathless.]
Sorry about that. [He's grinning at the camera now.] I hope it didn't make you too dizzy.
