so i saved someone HUGLY today. got there. pulseless V-fib. IV, intabated. CPR. the drugs that i pushed were Amioderone....450mg Lidocaine....4.5mg Epi 1:10,000.....only god knows, but i had a lot of empty vials. Procaimide....90 mg. not to mantiain the 18 times i shocked him at 360j.
so he had a pulse when he left me. but if he does live past the ER, or ICU, he will never have a functioning kindney again due to the epi dump. from the amioderone his skin will be blue, and i dont even want to know about the broken ribs or brain damage from being down so long would be.
