Hello, everyone! This is Aya, and I'm standing in my new bakery! I'm so excited! It's taken a while to get it up and going, but we're in business now: Shirobara Bakery. We specialize in cakes but serve a wide variety of baked goods, as well as drinks such as coffee to help battle the chilly weather outside.
Since we're just in time for the holidays, we'll be kicking off with a Christmas sale. Where I'm from, you can't celebrate Christmas without a Christmas cake. We'll have specials on all Christmas cakes, plus red velvets, pecan pies, fruitcakes, cookies by the dozen for Santa's plate, and custom-sized gingerbread houses. We'll cater from single-serving cottages to party-sized mansions. Al does some really amazing things with those, so I hope he gets a chance to demonstrate his skill.
We're located in the shopping district, so please come see us while you're taking care of your gift list. Complimentary coffee or hot cocoa with the purchase of any cake or pie throughout the winter. A map with our hours and phone number is included in the attached file.
