Commander Prairie, transportation here works like the transervers. Only they are called Lightposts and you require the data for the area you wish to go to first.

Yes, you do. You can get them from either holding up your comm to the post and receiving the data that way or... You ask someone for it and they send it to you.

Or someone can come and get you, if that is what you like.
