1. Star Wars - Darth Vader had some very interesting character development over episodes IV-VI. He wears a mask, is voiced by James Earl Jones, force chokes people, and somehow turns around right at the last minute. Obi wan Kenobi (when he's old) is wise and pretty badass.

3. Cowboy Bebop(I have 2 favorites)Ed has been a favorite of mine since I first saw the series. She's cheeky, childish, yet very smart. She has an affinity with computers and technology that I wish I had. Vicious is exactly what his name entails; he's vicious, cold, manipulative, and a power hungry bastard.
4. Futurama - Dr. Zoidberg is my favorite. He scuttles, everybody hates him or mocks him, and he's pretty funny in his special sort of way. Everybody and their cousin likes Bender, but I prefer the lobster.
5. Samurai Champloo - Mugen is crass, loud, and fights like a break dancer. He scarfs down food like no tomorrow and is very competitive.
6. Batman (I have 3 favorites) I must admit to being a Batman fan girl. He's dark, doesn't have any super powers, uses his money for good, and fights some pretty hot villains. Harley Quinn used to be a regular psychologist...until she had Joker as her patient! She's got a bit of a split personality and is now Joker's helper. Catwoman: sexeh, sleek, catty, and deadly. I'd be gay for her.
7. X-Men (1 of 3) Nightcrawler. He speaks German, can teleport short distances, and is blue (and he's Mystique's son). What's there not to love? Gambit is cajun. He's spicy, feisty, has a cool mutation, and should totally be with Rogue.

9. V for Vendetta ( I have 2 favorites) V is eloquent, a bit maniacal, inventive, and an anarchist. He's even cooler in the comic, where he'll soliloquize about anarchy.

11. His Dark Materials - Iorek is really cool. He's king of the bears and can put up with Lyra's inquisitiveness. He even helps Will by repairing the subtle knife, even though he didn't really want to. He's all around a good bear.
12. Harry Potter
13. Heroes (I have 3 favorites) Hiro Nakamura is kind, quiet, noble, and just a good guy. He wants to be a true hero, using his powers for good to save the world. Plus he's cute and likes to read comics. Peter Petrelli is hella cute. And he reminds me of Peter Parker. Isaac Mendez is an artist, and I go for artists.
14. Chronicles of Narnia (the book series) - Eustace was a brat to begin with. He'd kick Reepicheep around like nobody's business and pout about being stuck at sea. Then he was stuck as a dragon and learned his lesson. After that he went on adventures and became a noble hearted kid. I especially liked him in The Silver Chair.
15. The Simpsons - Sideshow Bob is HILARIOUS. I especially love the sound he makes after he steps on a rake and it bangs into his head.
