What do you think about betrayal? Is it possible to ever make up for it, and just how far do you have to go to make up, anyway?

It's something I've been thinking about lately. Any answers would help...

... Well I suppose that depends on the level of betrayal.

Right. Well, suppose somebody said something that hurt someone else. It wasn't meant as an attack, but they took it as betrayal and aren't about to forgive that easily.
