The recent endeavors of a sliceface.

I find it hard to come up with anything to write on live journal anymore because everything seems very stable and consistent. James made me spaghetti last night. Who knew he could cook? It was delectable. Unfortunately, this new medication I'm on (mood stabilizer) is really taking a toll on me. It has made me very tired at times, and James is seeing the worst of it. Thank God he's an understanding and patient person. I've also been very anxious and irritable, but if this slows down my 'racing thoughts', then it will all be worth it. I think these side effects are just temporary until my body gets used to the new medication.

I started my 6x/week gym work out routine. I met with Brian, my trainer on Tuesday and he's going to give me the rest of my schedule. Brian is such a nice guy and knows what he is doing. He could bench 400 lbs. when he was my age. I can bench about 170 right now. I am seeing huge results and I look and feel SO much better. Plus I am gaining some weight.

I finally have had some time to get some normal things done like grocery shopping and cleaning, as well as thinking a lot and doing some Summer reading. I bought the book the Hours (a movie was made out of it) because it was only $2.99. I also bought Master & Commander, some fashion magazines, and a book on the history of jazz, which I am very excited to read!

Ronnie is going to Italy in 5 days for a month. It will be a little too quiet with out him home, but I think I'll get by. It will definitely take out some distractions and give me the time I need to think and question things that I've been looking forward to doing this Summer.
