[the audio is turned on suddenly, as if by accident. in between the crackling of the microphone the distant sound of muffled sobs can be heard.]
I... once... I thought... no one... that... I... wasn't worthy... of being loved... by anyone...
[a slight pause. the hint of a grateful smile when she continues.]
But... then I met... Oogami-kun... and Mako-chan... and... later... here... I met... Chikane-chan... and... I thought... I thought... maybe...
[a strong conviction evident as she carries on.]
But now... now I know... I'm a nuisance... to the people... that are close... to my heart... so even when... I do my best... to be a good friend... to make sure they know... I... I like them... I'm doing it all wrong...
[another slight pause. a sob... then another... muffled.]
Chikane-chan... she... she says I'm taxing... she says... she said... Mmn, I'm sure she's right... I'm sure I'm a great bother to everybody...
But even so... I don't want to hurt Chikane-chan anymore...

[tries to sound optimistic, but ends up sounding apologetic instead.]

Oh, and Orihime-chan? I... would... would you mind terribly... if... if we hosted that... dinner... at your place... instead? I think... we could do it... tomorrow? Though, I'm not sure... my cakes will be as good... if Chikane-chan... doesn't want to... to help... I'm not... as talented as she... she is...

[ooc: Yeah, Himeko is angsty, because Chikane is cursed (though, Himeko dosn't know that's the case, she thinks Chikane hates her because of the lesbian kiss). So now she's looking for somewhere to stay, away from Chikane, so Chikane can be happy. A normal life is good, so she'll pretend nothing is wrong and try to keep up appearances.]
