Yes, ladies and gentlemen, it’s that time again! When shocking outfits and cheesy lyrics come together, in a celebration of peace, love, and almost-but-not-quite impeccable choreography; where women with large thighs can get away with short skirts; where corny jokes in mangled English prevail! Yes, it’s Eurovision!
Following on from last year’s roaring success, Chrissie and I will again be hosting our Eurovision party, Sunday 21st May. Come dressed in your best Eurovision outfit, as there will be prizes for the best-dressed (to be announced). Bring a few $$ for pizza and some crazy Euro-foods to share (drinks will be provided). The show kicks off at 7:30pm, so arrive around 6:30 so we can eat pizza on time (got a bit awkward and messy last year), and be prepared for much cheering, jeering and . . . ah . . . drinking!
