Time for a new entry, yay!
Sooo... last week I went to the Miyavi concert with Kathi, which was awesome. Well, at least he himself and his performance were... the fangirls failed. Hard. Especially the Czech. o_O So annoying... if they're really that much of a fan, why can't they at least shut up when he is talking to us? Later on, I was standing pretty much at the front row, the girls were even worse there. xD He uploaded two short clips of the concert at his blog and... OMG, I'm visible in one of them x_x I look like shit, though. %D It was all hot, stifling and then the annoying fangirls everywhere...
Anyway, today I finished my university exams in German and Chinese, since I took English during the last semester. I didn't prepare much for these either, but I guess I made it. C: It was veeery annoying because the staff was SO badly organized. It took about one hour until everyone got their exam sheets =_=; I mean we had to sign up beforehand, so they should've known how many people needed which language right? So why did they have to reprint so many sheets...? Arg, whatever...
German was really easy (okay, the others don't think so, but I didn't have any problems whatsoever) , I think I should have an almost perfect score. As for Chinese... wow, I thought I was done for. I only knew a few answers for sure and guessed the rest. I even wrote a text message to a friend *cough* who responded really quickly, that was a great help... I asked him three questions and two of his answers matched mine, so in the end I wasn't so bad it seems. XD
I'm sitting at the library of the university right now... I wanted to continue my work on some essays that I definitely have to finish before tomorrow... I'm late already as it is. But now I'm so tired and lazy that I'll just spend the rest of the hour looking around and writing this LJ entry, I guess. xD
On Friday, my cousin took me to a bar where friends of his celebrated their engagement (free food, yay!). I met an aquitance by chance on the way there and she was heading to it as well, ha ha! Me and my chance encounters. It was pretty funny, we were standing opposite of each other on the subway, staring the other down... and needed a few moments until we realized we knew each other. And just for fun I asked her if she was heading to that party because the cliché says all Asians are ought to know each other and since she, my cousin, his friend and I are Asians... Well, she really was going there... :P
Me and my cousin had wanted to meet up because he left for China on the next day... he'll be staying for a month. And he wanted me to tag along but sadly I couldn't go because of the exams =_= Next time, I'd definitely like to. He'll probably go again in a few months. Aaand... he told me an idea I hadn't thought of yet: Stay with my aunt in Hong Kong for a year! I would've never thought about that because I don't want to be a nuisance, but then again... we always get along great and since her husband died a few months ago she's pretty lonely, too... so it wouldn't be all that bad I guess, especially since I could learn the language much faster that way. It'd be a crash course worth about half of the study years I guess o_o Since apparently especially the first year on the campus is very slow so the Europeans can get used to the language. Also, I could focus on japanese afterwards if I do it like that... :3
Well, that's it for now. I still have 30 minutes, hm... I hope that the people I'll study with will be okay. In the japanese studies, there were many freaks... and I thought some bad gossip about the chinese students as well, but I'll have to find out for myself. :D Well, so long!
