holy shit matt updates his livejournal!!
So what happened this past week?.....hmmmmm, well i went to warped tour last sunday which fucking rocked :D
There were so many people there! especially at the fall out boy show! they were like touching your ass close and thats pretty close, It started off like Me, Gil and Lindsey were getting ready to watch the show etc etc then all of sudden a big wave of people showed up and they started pushing and shoving I managed to stay by Gil...Lindsey got lost in the crowd somewhere so she was the first to go... so after being pushed and shoved, me and a group of like 30 people fell over lol I tried to reach my hand up to gil to see if he could pull me up but there was too many fucking people so he couldnt even move. the gross part was i had some fat guy to my left and his sweat was getting transfered onto me...ick. They had to stop the show 4 times just to calm all the people down! going into the 2nd song i see Gil go up and he crowd surfs his way out of the crowd i thought that was a good idea so i wanted to try it as well, but i wanted to get a picture first. I reached in my pocket to get the camera and then i started to get smushed from all different angles so my arm / hand was stuck in my pocket and i couldnt move about a few seconds after there 3rd song started i crowd surfed my way out, yeah thats right i crowd surfed my first big concert and i fucking crowd surfed :D
My favorite bands though were probably Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Fall Out Boy, Atreyu, Go Betty Go, and i liked 2 of Motion City Soundtracks songs...Im kinda bummed that The Academy is... got pushed back to 8:10 and im glad that we didnt stay for My Chemical Romance since i heard that they suck live and they just talk about having a Myspace page. I had no clue Relient K was there >.< until i checked the warped tour page when i got home. I wouldve seen Relient K but Atreyu was playing at the same time so... Atreyu > Relient K.
I had a blast and im soooooooo gonna go next year too. I kinda wanna go to Dirt Fest this weekend though...
