The cropping is really great on this one. I like the kind of disjointed text because it gives that feeling of crazy. My only suggestion would be to maybe brighten it up and use the eraser to get rid of the stipling around his mouth and chin. It is too much like the texture of his face (which is really interesting and different) so it starts to look like part of his face.

I actually like this. I like the idea of an extreme close up, and the effect you put on it is cool. I think it would have worked even better if you had chosen the eye as the feature to focus on, but that's not really a big deal. My main qualm is I don't think the staggered letters work. I think it would have been more effective if you had kept it simpler. Still, as I said, I like. :)
