A/N Not up for voting. As a die hard Fanilow (Yes, I saw Barry before The Powers thought it would be cool for Angel to like him!), I had to write a drabble about the most famous urban legend surrounding “Mandy”.

Strangely enough I only learned about the dog story by watching Can't Hardly Wait.

That was the first place a lot of my friends heard about it too. Love that movie. LOVE IT. The music in it is just great. And I love when Seth Green is in the bathroom, getting ready to get his mack on and he is dancing in front of the mirror. And his backpack, omigod! To die for with laughter.

Yeah, I went off on a tangent there. Sorry but thanks for the feedback and the walk down memory lane. Think I might watch that again tonight. :)
