An old mystic really had no business back in Sunnydale, the town where he'd never been able to pull off a single plan; at least not without getting caught. But it was Valentine's Day and something inside him couldn't resist the call of the man walking towards him.
Hidden behind a pillar, Ethan stood silently and watched as his old friend walked into the magic shop. Over the years he had missed Ripper, in many more ways than one. Even after Ripper had given in and become the goody-two shoes wearing watcher he had still missed the man. A wicked smile spread across his face. Perhaps, it was time for them to go another round.
