one thing Shepherd Book was sure of it was that mere men shouldn't get to decide who would live and who would die and he doesn't want to play God.

Oh that's a terrible predicament for a man of peace (reformed). Was anyone saved? Maybe the crew of the Firefly, inadvertently.

I am even more upset by the tragedy of Book's ending now. *sniff* Well done.
