Okay, this is freaky. I JUST watched Graduation Day 1 & 2, like before I came on to finish catching up. Are you in my house with webcams? Cause if you are, well you got one heck of a show last night. LOL

Just kidding. But I love The Mayor. One of my fave chars. And I love this drabble. Made me all sniffly. I loved the whole evil yet still looking out for Faith thing he had. This captured his grief perfectly.

The mayor was always my favorite Buffy villain and I love the way you managed to capture his relationship with Faith. It was just so darn wholesome except for the whole demonic ascension and killing people thing.

Thanks! The way the Mayor and Faith play off each other and gradually grow closer over the last half of s3 and especially in "Graduation Day" is just heartbreaking to watch when you know what's coming - what MUST come, since they're, well, evil.
