*g* All the fun words were written by other people. But I'm glad you liked how they were put together!

(Btw, only one person has tried to guess how many play titles there are - you've got a good chance of winning a ficlet if you have a go!)

This was great fun! Love the voice here, as taken from all the play titles. I'm afraid I don't recognize any of them - those really aren't my literary periods - but a bunch strike me as possibilities. I'm going to guess there are 18.

And if I win, my prompt: Dawn&Illyria (in the Rulesverse if you like, or not)

I knew only a handful of these titles before I started background for this - and I hang out with a serious early modernist. They're pretty obscure. But the more I looked, the more fascinating they were.

I think Dawn and Illyria in the Rulesverse are going to happen anyway - they are wriggling into Spike's quest story!

Hurrah, Dawn&Illyria!

It's like you're writing my very own custom futurefic verse... *g*

You speak so trippingly, my darling!

I definitely recognized some, though not all. I'm going to go with 42 play titles. And let me know what was up with these guys during the Spanish Civil War. Fun for all!

Wow. What a look at early Spike/William. It reminds us of how tedious unlife can be from time to time. Well done!

ETA - hee! I forgot all about looking for the play titles. Way to blend them in seamlessly!

*g* I have been sneaky (but feel free to guess anyway)!

I'm glad the fic itself works - that feeling of endlessness everyone sometimes gets when bored, must multiply when there's no sense of time running out. Another bloody murder? *Yawn*

Remember what I was? Poetaster, that’s the word. Epicene, a dumb knight, prone to blurt out fancies chaste and noble, not one worth a bloody jot.

Oh, nice use of Jacobean language. Well done.
