057: Broken
Rupert knew she was dead from the moment he laid his eyes upon her body. Not even a Slayer could survive the jump from the height of that platform. As he wend his way through the rubble to Buffy's broken body, something inside of him broke too.
Looking around at the others, Rupert realised he didn't need to tell them Buffy was dead. Rupert knew now wasn't the time to fall apart, now was the time to stay strong, to do what he always did and be the voice of reason. Now was the time to lend his support to Dawn, Willow, Xander and the others. Falling apart could wait until he was alone.
