Hi,

I really liked this; as Gabrielle says above it is really affecting. Spike really loved his mom and having her in his head like that was probably a bigger mindf*** than having Buffy there.

I figured the First had to get that trigger in place somehow, and having his mum haunting him while he was in that basement just made sense.

Oh, nice. Very evocative and creepy. It's a shame they never had the first being his mum in the actual show.
