Great backstory for Badger. I really liked how you built on that speech that Badger gave Mal about being better than him. Awesome job.

This is not a fandom I'm familiar with but I think this is a very powerful fic. Badger's fear is tangible.

I was bullied as a kid, and I turn out alright ... of course, all of my early stories featured strangely familiar bad guys who always met violent ends ...

I really like this backstory for him. I felt so bad for him, hiding behind those boxes. Just wanted to kick some bully butt. I think this story works even for people who haven't watched the series cause let's face it, we all have been bullied or made to feel less than at some point.
