Most importantly, I'd like to mention to fellow mods and members that our voting timeframe has been changed. It will now be ending on Sunday nights at 11:59pm, instead of Mondays at noon. The last 12 hours of voting never received any votes, so I thought we could save some time and spare some anticipation by shortening the voting period.

Next, for members and mods, as well, I'd like to start using a layout for entries that will hopefully help everyone when all is said and done. Some people are having difficult with HTML and LJ and that's totally fine. So here's the solution.

I think it would save space and time for everyone to use the same layout when submitting their entries, and I think this is the best way of going about it. If my co-mods would please include this textbox in their challenges from now on, it would provide an easy, uniform way for people to submit their icons, without them having to type up lines of coding or go look up how to do the HTML.
