Had crystallized ginger last night but on top of butterscotch pudding with homemade whipped cream. To die for the whole thing, but the cyrstalized ginger really made it.

So, this sounds much healthier. I will have to try, especially since I am a big fan of the crystallized ginger right now. Wonder....does one buy it in the baking section?

I think the candy section. But I could be wrong.

Just googled it, in the candy section AND in the spices section.
