i want to marry someone who really, really WANTS to marry me and have children with me--i don't want to marry someone who feels like he's being backed into a corner--but what if he doesn't want that with me? with all these questions, the future doesn't look too bright, does it?

it's ok...we can have bleak futures together :) kidding.
But you hit it on the head later...girls think about the future and we're at that point in our lives where we're thinking about marriage and kids. My parents got married when my Mom was 21...I'll be 21 in 5 months and all I have is...well...me.

I don't really know where I am going with this comment and I'm pretty sure that I haven't made you feel any better (which I SWAER was my intent)...

Just know that you're not alone in the freaking out. And it sounds like you've got your head on strait about this guy- like you're seriously thinking about things and not compensating or rationalizing or sensationalizing... and being honest with yourself and your heart (as well as with him) is your key to figuring out weather or not he fits into you perfect little BRIGHT future :)
