so i've been out drinking alot lately (incase anyone noticed i haven't been around) but i want to reasure everyone, that it has nothing to do with having a drinking problem, i live in WA and am a smoker, so after dec. 8th i will no longer be able to go to the bar with my friends, now i don't know why in a state where 80% of all business's are

Amen to that shit. Theyre trying to do that here in IL. I dont care if they take it out of resteraunts and shit, but not bars, thats our only real safehouse.

Here in Canada we've had the no smoking in all enclosed public spaces for about a year. It's not as bad as you might think. I mean really. You can't enjoy the outside forr 6 minutes?

I smoke too, and I do it outside. It's really not a huge inconvenience.

my main issue , is that it's not the governments place to tell business owners wether they can have ppl smoke in their restraunt, bar etc, exspecially when they say they're doing it for health reasons, i just think it's the right of the business opwner to decide something like if there can be smoking in their establishment.
