ouchie!!
okay, so i finally re-picked up the baby blanket for the baby that was born on feb. 15th today... i'm about half done with it, and hadn't touched it in a month due to crazy schedules and illness.
everything was going GREAT. got about 5 rows done (that's 5 rows of around 155 stitches right now), and then it was time for dinner. food is good, it helps with knitting sustenance and motivation.
of course, i sit down at the table, and the dining room chair decides to pinch and take a chunk out of the middle finger tip of my left hand. it hurts SO MUCH!
and now i can't knit. it's awkward to hold the needles because of the band aid, it hurts, and i'm afraid i'd bleed on the pretty antique white yarn i'm using.
stupid, stupid chair!!! and another awful part is, now i have to go shower, and i know it's going to hurt SO MUCH!!!
argh!
