first update of the new year
and so another year begins.
happy new year to all, i hope everyone had lovely holidays. i spent the few days before new years hanging with liz and rich in batavia in the wee (wii?) house, which was a great time. i even got to see my nicky bear! then it was off to syracuse with matt... fantastic new years party with all of his friends at his place. really, the best time i've had in a while. the boy got me a pink nintendo DS for xmas, and a really beautiful white gold bangle bracelet. well done ;)
so i came back to the island on new year's day, and school started up again on wednesday. i feel like these 3 days of work were the longest days ever, if only because i really didn't want to go back at all. last night was parent/teacher/student interviews, a relatively uneventful night. today seemed to take forever, and when i got home i promptly passed out for about 2 hours.
i'm getting my hair cut tomorrow morning, so i'm happy about that. it's getting a little ridiculous. i do love having it long, believe me... but yipes. i'll post pics afterwards. might hit up the mall and see what's new. who knows.
anyway, i just felt like it had been forever, so i thought i'd post a little somethin.
