It *is* fun looking at all these pictures, and yes! I haven't changed much! I've basically had the same haircut since I was 12, just now it's straight and not permed. Although I took that 80's hair WELL into the 90's! Hahaha.

Chance was a great little horse. When I got him he was barley broke and I knew NOTHING (he was my second horse), but I shoved a curb bit in his mouth and jumped on him bareback and we worked it out from there. Frightening, really. Ignorance is bliss, fools jump in, and all that. But within a year of staring 4-H we were doing amazing. I traded him as partial payment for the Zamie and would run into him and his various new little owners/riders of him at the local shows for about the next 20 years. And, in fact, when I started college at the U of O I leased out Zamie to a little girl in Eugene and when her folks came to pick Zamie up the little girl told me, "oh, he and my friend's horse, Chance, are going to get along so well!" Yep, turns out her friend's horse was my Chance! Small world. Chance was a fantastic little guy.
