I'd like you to take a look at this puzzle and tell me what you think. It's called the Blue Eyes Logic Puzzle and it's found via XKCD (who runs a fabulous comic, Wondermark is freaking fantastic, and Indexed is very cute and awesome. Don't forget the alt text!).

Now while working it out I came upon a solution that was close to the answer, but I don't know how much this puzzle takes into account basic human behaviors. On a purely logical level this seems to be perfectly reasonable, but socially do you think the solution holds water?
