I think it's time....
To go all the way Google.
I didn't want to do it. I still like Yahoo! Mail Beta despite the intensly sucky spam "protection", but like, I don't use anything else Yahoo! based except for Flickr.
And now Google has effing documents and spreadsheets (which I love! Especially for keeping my budget online), the Google calendar is what I imagine Heaven will look like someday, and now that I can get my homepage in my mail sidebar, I'm beginning to wonder...
Do I need Yahoo!? I love the Yahoo! widgets, and they have a really great LJ friends reader (though I wish there was a way I could get it to read the filtered pages). I've always been a Yahoo! girl and like I said, I do like the mail interface a lot and love having my feeds directly in my inbox (something I haven't seen fully incorporated in Google yet.
I also love Yahoo! mobile (except their beta mail still kind of sucks, and Google is far more superior in the mail dept). I think Google chat in gmail is superb except I wish they would implement group chat there.
We'll see, maybe I'll wait until I dl Vista and FF 2.0 so I can see the real effects on those operating systems.
