hey dear (:

hope you still read this!

well law school is actually quite like humans. there are crazy personalities, closet muggers, sheer geniuses, and those of us that just coast along and struggle when we have to. the culture is very mugger though, meaning its perfectly all right to sit around in the study room telling people you need to work -- they'll understand, in fact they all do it themselves.

i'm not lying, it is a lot of work, there's a lot of reading, but good if you like this sort of stuff, writing, speaking, reading; and the subject matter isn't as dry as (our) shambolic econs.

but law people generally have lots of fun, and i've observed that those who play hard just simply work harder. it's a balance, but it can be done -- never knew it was possible till i stepped into law school though. yes most are arty, we like to go on holiday (and the guys love shopping), watch plays and go to the museum and all that stuff.

there are the normal people of course. but generally everyone's quirky in some way. sounds like humans, no? the workload is much more though. but you'd find that happening in almost every university worth your time. :D
