(no subject)
here is a breakdown of my life as of late;
-working : tues, thurs 1-630, sat 9-5 (bling bling)
-knitting : orangina and some socks for my mom's birthday
-reading : twentieth century eightball by daniel clowes, people of the abyss by jack london, stray bullet by jack lapham (thanks dan)
and lots of sleeping, some eating, a little bit of hanging with people but probably not enough. last tuesday ( i think? ) me, nandhish and kelton went out to uconn to visit erica, mike p and vicky. we all crammed in nandhish's car and drove around eastern ct, hung out at a bowling alley in willimantic, ate taco bell, smashed apples, etc. it was a good time, i took lots of pictures on a disposable camera i found in my kitchen, when i develop the roll i'll scan them probably. in two weeks from now i'll be back at school. my schedule for this term is going to be pretty rough; physics, calc and chem II, english, some transfer engineering design lab (since i'm out of sync with the regular design lab) on tuesdays i have class from 8am-8pm, i don't know how i'm going to handle that (no time for naps!) luckily i'm exempt from our big design project, which is good because i was really worried about how far behind i was, but bad because my project was really interesting (my team was/is trying to use a nano manipulator and scanning electron microscope to tie a carbon nanotube in a knot) i told my friend who i was working with that i'd probably keep working with them if it was okay with our advisor because it'd probably look good on my transcript, and because science rules
