This weekend

A busy but hectic to say the least weekend. Well thursday night i had two tennis matches in which brian and i lost both...but closely despite our not so great playing. That's okay dos equis is back and kickin'. The next morning i got up at 530 to go to school and help pack for the upbeat weekend. Then left the school for the first part of friday only to come back with mr peronace at 2. I went home to get ready for the mercy junior prom in which i had to be in higginum at 6. The prom was really fun and i'm glad that i ended up getting to go....well i got home late and the next morning had to be back at school again early to get picked up by moose to get driven back to Camp Woodstock....the day came and went and we got back yesterday at 12...i had to be at work at 1230 meaning get home, shower, eat in the car, start work. until 9 then i went home....to do homework.....i fell asleep at around uh 12 until 6 this morning....so im not working on much sleep

saturday night was the senior farewell for upbeat....i had no idea what i wanted to say but i knew i didn't want to sound like lots of other people...i prolly did anyways...afterwards many of the underclassmen were crying and i was surprised. It was the first time that i was really hit that im leaving in a month. I'm pretty sure none of them were crying over my departure personally but collectively. I was touched actually because it kind of reassured me that i helped make in impact somehow. by being a friend, acquintance, teamate, what ever it was that i did personally. I've had the chance to meet many people over my four years at berlin high school. I'm grateful for that experience and it really opened my eyes to how much people care. People's lives are too busy to sit down and talk to them all the time but the time i have gotten to spend with many of these kids and i cherish that time. I have learned at lot through other people during high school. And I'm glad to know that i have so many people ready to pick me up when i fall. I thank you underclassmen and i wish you good luck with all that you do. I hope that our path's cross again one way or another and just remember to enjoy your life one day at a time. You hear that all the time, but i understand what you all go through, to much to do and not enough time to do it. Enjoy your time with your friends, your family, your teams, cause in all honesty they won't last for too much longer. Thanks again for everything.

Josh
