Spring Break
...Is incredibly boring. I've gotten alot done (Took apart my bass and cleaned it, restrung my Chapman Stick, cleaned the house). Tomorrow I'm going to take my permit test and hopefully get that tomorrow.
Saturday I woke up at 8:00 AM for some reason. I got up and thought what I would do. I couldnt get ahold of Kevin because he was over at Trevors for Alec's "Goodbye" party. In 7th grade when the band and choir went to Seattle, Alec had bought some Kool Aid on the way down. When we got to our room (He was in my room, along with Kevin and Evan) he made some and put it in our fridge. One of those nights, we went seperate ways to dinner, and Max and I came back to our room and proceeded to drink ALL of the Kool Aid. Hahaha, I then lied to Alec saying Kevin and drank all of it, then quickly saying Max and I had. Well, I had been reminded of this many times by Alec and I thought I would finally set things straight. On Saturday morning (Around 9:00 AM) I jumped on a bus that took me down to Zupans. When I got there, I realized they didnt have any Kool Aid and that the bus runs every 45 minutes or so on Saturday. I waited for almost an hour for a 35 to take me down the LO Transit Station where I went in to Safeway and bought 8 packets of Kool Aid for $2. I then looked at the schedule and realized that the bus was coming at 12 (it was then 11). Alec's original flight time (some how his flight got screwed up, and he eventually ended up leaving Portland on Monday afternoon) was 1:30. I decided to quickly walk through Tryon Creak back to Dunthorpe. Originally Kevin and I where maybe going to go out to the Airport with Alec, but when I called Kevin, he said he wasnt going to. He did however tell me that Alec was going up to Robert Inkseeps right at that moment, and I was 5 minutes from Roberts house. I got to Roberts house and saw Alec in the drive way. We talked, I gave him the Kool Aid, and then we said our goodbyes. Went home and practiced bass for the rest of the day since Kevin was hanging out with his dad.
Sunday night I spent the night at Kevins house which was QUITE enjoyable. We went out to dinner with Alec and Stuart (Evan's cousins) at Koji's which was quite enjoyable. After that I went over to Kevins to spend the night. While I was walking around outside at 11 PM I just decided to call Lana since I hadnt talked to her in awhile. Turns out she was at her house (A mear 5 minutes walking from Kevins) and had just got home. Kevin and I headed over there and hung out with her and her brother Danny until 1:30 AM. We then went back to Kevins and house and went to sleep.
The next day I was awoken to Kevin stomping around on the roof at 7:30 AM. He was cleaning the gutters to make money for his trip the next day to Las Vegas. I went back to sleep, and after Kevin was done, he rudely informed me. We then got up and went on his roof, which I must say is quite a trip. We called Lana and met her down at the bus stop by her house and went down into Portland. We walked around Portland for awhile and then met up with Kevins mom who proceeded to give us $25 dollars for lunch. We decided to go see a movie, and right when we got to the top of Pioneer Place, we decided not to. Went to Sam Goody and Lana bought the Westside Connection CD. We then headed over to Pioneer Square where some guy was preaching about Jesus and how he can save you from your sins. We quickly found nothing to do, so we grabbed a bus back to our houses. David called seeing if I wanted to go see "Secret Window" with him and I agreed. Me, David, and Jae went to see at at the Lloyd Cinema that night. Some said that movie was quite predictable, but I thought otherwise. Holy shit, How cool is Johnny Depp? He shoveled (Killing someone with a shovel) 2 people.
Tuesday I pretty much just did chores and fixed my Stick and Bass.
Today (Wednesday) I cleaned again and read the Drivers Manual. Hopefully I'll be going to Koji's tonight with Alec and Stuart (Evan's cousins) again. Everyones gone, so I have nothing to do. David left today, and Kevin left yesturday (But he's getting back on Friday, and David on Saturday). I've talked to Trevor alot over IM which has been quite cool.
I think I'm done with this one.
