and you thought this might be interesting
hi. it's august already, creepy. Been up to most of the same thing, working, barning and such. Last Friday Liz and I went with Nicole and a bunch of her family to a korean restaurant where nicole's friend works and then to some karaoke afterwards. Liz and I stared at the menu and told the rest of them to order whatever and we would eat it. It was quite tasty, and I managed to eat it all with chopsticks, which for anyone who knows my difficulties with those would say is quite an accomplishment so yay for me.
saturday was uneventful. Sunday, took Lefty to a schooling show and we won all three of our classes (it's not like we were the only ones in 2 of them and there was only one other person in the other or anything like that) Sunday was also Nicole's birthday so after the show went to her house and basically did what we always do, sat around, watched some tv, ate some food, was a good time. Naomi gave her a toy gun that lights up and makes 9 different sounds, highly cool. and we went to bryant and swung for a bit which was nifty b/c you could see lots of stars. there were some weirdos there who attempted to bark like dogs, yeah.
So, I have a show this friday & saturday at the LO Hunt Club, then monday i leave for sunriver with my family for a week, get back the 15th and then my sister and I are off on the 18th to head back to school for peer mentor training and such. which means, summer is almost over and i have to leave my friends and my horses and my dad which is sucky but I am also looking forward to school in some ways.
in other news: i think i have some sort of phone phobia
and basically every word out of my mom's mouth annoys tremedously, apparently while i was at work last week she had a lovely psychotic screaming episode, oh joy.
