Wow-
Santa Switch was amazing. I don't think i have ever had such an awesome time. All my friends were there and i just had a blast. Steve is such a great guy and he was a perfect date. I have never laughed and smiled so much in my whole life. By the end of the night- my cheeks HURT. Haha. But it was great.
For everyone who doesn't know- I have a job! Yeah, its awesome. I am a hostess at the Pasta Grill and i absolutely love it. It's such a fun job. And i know a lot of people who work there so that makes it even better. I work a lot- but its fun so i don't mind. There's just such a sense of pride that comes out of working and getting your own hard-earned money for it. I love it a lot. And its great.
As far as the romantic stuff goes- Currently single. I love it. It's really fun. I've finally gotten to that point in my life where i am completely and totally happy with myself and the way i look. So being single is fun, because i don't need a guy to tell me i am pretty anymore. I mean yeah- It's nice sometimes when someone says i look good. And i love hearing it, don't get me wrong. But i've finally gotten to where i don't have to hear that everyday or even often to know that i look okay. No- i'm not drop dead gorgeous and i don't have a perfect body at all- but i am okay with that. I am who i am and there's nothing wrong with it. So it's nice to be able to be single and actually enjoy it and have it be my choice that i am single. I have a few people who are intersted in me right now and i have my eyes set on one particualr person- but i'm fine waiting it out to see how it goes. I'm not in any hurry to be in a relationship right now. If it happens- thats great, but if it doesn't, thats okay too.
So- 8 more days of school and then its Christmas break! I'm not ready at all. I still have to buy presents for everyone and i have to have some time to get my grades up. Ugh. Stressful- but i love it. I love Christmas. If it weren't for the snow and the cold- it'd be my favorite part of the year.
I dunno if we are going to Hawaii or not this year. It's a long story- but i just hope that we still get to go. I could totally use the time away from life and everything. But if we don't- that's okay.
