i dont write in the community often, though i read through it frequently.
summer was discouraging. too much time, too much food.
things have changed. school has started, i broke up with my boyfriend, i'm away from home, etc.

i got really sick last week which was a blessing in disguise, i cant stomach anything.

monday my calorie count was 500. yesterday's was 480.

today i've had
cereal w/ skim milk: 170
black coffee: 20
a couple spoonfuls of yogurt: 50
some bites of pita w/ feta cheese: 80

total: 320

i dont have a scale at my new place. but i'm guessing somewhere around 121-124.

at this rate, i plan on being down to 100-105 by october.
