Liquid fast today and I am extremely motivated. The only problem I'm having now is that I had an iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts which is like 60 calories, plus the additional maybe 40 or 80 or 120 calories I put in with sugar, assuming packets of sugar are, at most, 20 calories per packet (I thought they were five.. Maybe not.. I know one serving of sugar is 15 calories, and a serving is 1 tablespoon, thus 5 calories per teaspoon, but I'm not sure what's in the sugar packets.) So that's 180 at the most, 95 at the least. -Shrug- I don't feel bad.. Coffee speeds up your metabolism and it filled me up. I'm actually feeling a bit sick now, and I'd take feeling sick over feeling hungry ANY day. Besides, her and I walked around a lot and I'm going for a walk with my Mom in a few minutes for a half hour, and apparently that'll burn me
119 calories so.. Yep. Then I'm going to the outdoor movies a little later = more walking. I'm confident that I'll burn more calories than I took in today, thus causing me to be golden.
So yeah, point is, I'm doing excellently on my fast today. Hopefully this motivation (in large part due to Keira sleeping over last night and staying here until 630 today) carries over into tomorrow, but I'm not going to hope too hard for that, just in case it's a big let down.
So then:
Ups &Downs of Today:
+ Fast going excellently.
- Too much sugar in the iced coffee.
+ Coffee speeds up metabolism.
+ Walking for exercise.
+ Outdoor movies = more exercise &meeting up with new "guy potential" :)
+ Having my Mom &sister believe Keira and I ate Wawa food while we were out.
- Still not having a job = no money, loads of time to do nothing with but think about food and calories, et cetera.
