I have discovered several things for you.
I got to my lowest weight in about 6 mths-95 lbs, and then I thought..I could try different diets and see which one works best, and if nothing works by the time I weight 109 then I'll just go back to fasting. I did several diets, hardly any worked, I ended up b/ping. and then OH MY GOD. Milk. If you drink just a glass, somehow it burns calories for you. I was so sad, I ate milk and cookies and I lost weight. Then I remember hearing about milk on the radio, a glass a day helps with weight loss blah blbhablbha but please HUNNIES. No matter how skeptical you are PLEASE try this for just three days and tell me what you think, have at least one glass of milk with whatever ddiet your on, and at most 4 (i tried with more, it doesnt work) and tell me what you think. thnkz soooo much
