Dear Friends,
My tummy feels a little wobbly. But other than that I can sense no signs of a hangover. Yessssss.
I found out some amazingly good news last night! Jessica and I are the Table Co-Directors for Awakening 9 next semester!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I'd put more exclamation points but I don't want to use up all of my quota for the day, there's a lot more excitement to come, I'm sure).
Today is Peter Luby's 21st birthday (he turned 21 on the 21st just like me!), which is part of the reason there was so much to drink last night. I got to introduce him to Cranberry juice and vodka (not cheap vodka either!) and the wonder that is the Amaretto Sour. I also had a Royal Fuck, which was definitely a disappointment (=nasty) , so it's a good thing I drank it quickly. You don't care what I drank, but I'm still very much caught up in the wonder that is being 21. Sorry.
Tonight is another party that is not so much Peter's birthday as the release of his band's EP party. Exciting, even if we have to pay a cover charge..
Oh! And he told me I was his "Pop Culture Soul Mate" Haha, charming!
Eek, Holly just called me and asked me why I didn't come home last night! I almost got a lecture, she was so freaked out.
Well, I've got a meeting with FC and Jessica in 8 minutes, so I'm going to go. Hope you are all having the most lovely day imaginable! Thank God it's Friday. Soon to be dubbed Friend Day!
