Nuns With Guns Hoodie
Today I got my Nuns With Guns hoodie in the mail. I squeed like a 5 year old when I saw the package. When I opened it, I knew right away that it wasn't the same as Kristen's.
My problem with the hoodie...
I don't have a problem with the price because I was told it is American Apparel. I wear AA like it is my job, so I understood why it was priced that way. But, why was I charged $9.00 UPS shipping when it was shipped by USPS priority mail for $5.44?
On the site it had a picture of the logo and next to it a paparazzi photo of Kristen wearing the hoodie. When I saw that, I assumed it was the EXACT same one. Meaning the material and logo was the same. Kristen's hoodie is faded because she has worn is so many times (understandable) but the material on her hoodie is much thicker than the one I received. The material on my hoodie is very very thin and not sweatshirt like at all. I also noticed that their are some slight differences with the logo. It is possible that Kristen's is so worn that the border just peeled off or faded. I got an XL cause I didn't want to order one and have it be too small. I am sure that Kristen wears a S or M so her logo is bigger on her sweatshirt. I am guessing that is why mine is so small
Not sure if I am going to keep it. Apparently they don't take returns. This whole thing was misleading. They promoted it by using Kristen's picture so I expected the same product. I wear AA so I know they make thick sweatshirts. I just wished they made it clear that it was NOT the same sweatshirt.
