Oh, wow, thanks! That was so sweet of you! ::gushes:: I've been so busy with work the last two days, I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner. That song is sooo dreamy. And you perfectly timed "can't look in her eyes" with Edward closing his eyes. Ah! I will now always think of Twilight (and Rob and Kristen) when I play my Dirty Dancing cassette on my 1989 Sony Walkman!
Well, I wish I could take credit for it, but it belongs to someone else. Since I'm unable to put together vids like this (time consuming, have full time job), I thought I'd send this one to you.
only because you can easily rewind it! I am a bigger fan of records aka LPs. I'm sure you're too young to remember those, but they were murder if you scratched them. Or worse: warped them!
Oh, I used to listen to records when I was little! I had a red Fisher Price record player with a cover that snapped closed, so it could be carried like a suitcase. I wish I knew what happened to it. My dad actually just threw out all my records last year! Strawberry Shortcake, Mary Poppins, Bert & Ernie--I would have liked to have given them one more listen!
I actually hooked up my dad's old record player to our stereo years ago, so in high school I used to listen to all his old Beatles and Simon & Garfunkel albums on vinyl. I know every Beatles song by heart. When I had lunch duty last year, I used to stand there and just sing Beatles songs in my head to stay sane. It was like, Okay, "White Album" today!

I used to have the cassette, but now it's on mp3.

But you know, I'm one of those music snobs who think everything sounds better on cassette. Kidding!
