Their "shopping cart" includes "You may want to add some instructions for using the shopping cart here. (defined in includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php)". Under "Party plan" they invite me to fill in a nonexistent form 'opposite' (opposite what, the screen?). Most of the other sections under 'Services' (which oddly include 'Web Design' and 'Programming') are drastically incomplete. I somehow don't think that competance is high on their list of abilities...
Definitely said it wouldn't ship to my area despite my area being the UK... Maybe Lincolnshire has declared independence but no-one's told me!
I think I understand what's happened - it sounds like an automatic install of one of the free shopping cart programs. I had similar useless scripts when I started with Talis' shop. But I did have the common sense to try and proof-read and test it before it went live!
