hi today atre quite a bit already but its all healthy ill jus have a smaller dinner lol

b: 2 large bowls of fruit and fibre ate realli eary
L: salad and pasta with an apple and yogert (200 cals)
s:raisins

duno wot to have for dinner somthing reali healthy like chiken and rice with salad or veg yum and bread

i havnt had any chocolate so happy

havnt had a proper craving yet mind reli hungry todday duno y guna eat din dins early so i can burn all this shit off before bed
