lunch:salad with chiken or tuna, frd with chiken or tuna, fruit and fruit

dinner: healthy normal d with chiken or tuna, fruit and 2 jaffa cakes

snack:apple

around 1300 calories

plan for tomura

breki 6am: large bowl of fruit and fibre and a activia yogert

snack 8am:apple

lunch 10 am: salad and tuna with an apple

snack 12pm :orange

dinner 3pm:healthy dinner
